A small country house renovated in 2025 with strict respect for the old: period terracotta tiles, exposed beams, a working fireplace and thick stone walls. Its windows look out over the wild Loire and a nature reserve where the river’s birds nest.
It sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with a small enclosed courtyard facing the Loire. The bakery is a three-minute walk away, and the Loire à Vélo cycle route runs right past the door.

A warm living room around a lovely working fireplace, with a sofa bed for one or two extra guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and a separate WC with hand basin completes the ground floor.
On sunny days, breakfast is served in the courtyard, in the morning sun, a few steps from the Loire.

Two bedrooms under the beams
Bedroom 1, with a double bed (140 cm), enjoys a beautiful direct view of the Loire. At sunrise, the mist rising from the river is a sight in itself.
Bedroom 2, with two single beds (90 cm), has two windows and a side view.
A shower room renovated in 2025 (shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine) completes the first floor.
